NALUNOD O PINATAY? Bangkay ng batang babae, nakitang palutang-lutang sa sapa, Ama dudang nalunod lang ang anak

The lifeless body of an 11-year-old girl was found floating in a creek located in Barangay Basak, Mandaue, Cebu. 

The girl was identified as Erica Cabatingan, who reportedly drowned, based on a report from TV5's 'Frontline Pilipinas.' Her family had been searching for her, until they discovered her dead body floating in a creek just 100 meters away from their house. 

According to the girl’s mother, it’s possible that her daughter suffered a seizure, which may have caused her to drown.

However, Erica's father wasn't convinced that his daughter died from drowning. According to him, a wound on her daughter's face was found.
