LUMUTANG LANG? Putol na ulo at katawan ng isang lalaki natagpuang palutang-lutang sa irigasyon

A headless body and a severed head were found floating in an irrigation canal in San Rafael, Bulacan. The body was identified as male, wearing a black shirt, jeans, and a pair of shoes. 

Authorities have yet to identify the victim, and the remains were taken to a funeral home. 

In the Philippines, if a dead body is found, the first step is to report it immediately to the local police or barangay officials.

Authorities will then secure the area and wait for the Scene of the Crime Operatives or SOCO team to arrive. SOCO will examine the scene, take photos, gather evidence, and determine if foul play is involved.
