At least seven individuals died, and 69 others were injured in a tragic incident that occurred in Bryansk. Based on a report from GMA News Online, a highway bridge collapsed onto a railway track, which also caused an incoming train to derail.

Alexander Bogomaz, Governor of the Bryansk region, said on Telegram that 44 people were brought to the hospital, including three children, one of whom is in serious condition.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia said on Telegram that rescue operations, involving 180 personnel, are already working on the site. It can be recalled that in 2014, Russia took over a part of Ukraine called Crimea, which made Ukraine and many other countries angry.

Then, in 2022, Russia invaded more parts of Ukraine, saying they wanted to protect Russian-speaking people and stop Ukraine from joining groups like NATO. Ukraine did not agree and saw it as an attack on their country and freedom.
