PINATATAWAG? Motovlogger na nag-superman habang naka-brief sa highway, ipinatawag ng LTO

A motovlogger was at risk of facing multiple charges after he did a ‘Superman’ stunt while half-naked on a public highway.

In the video, the vlogger is seen operating a motorcycle with a sidecar while dancing and performing stunts.

The motovlogger, identified as Boy Kayak, is a resident of San Isidro, Ibajay, Aklan, and received a show-cause order from the Land Transportation Office (LTO) for allegedly violating Republic Act No. 4136, section 48, also known as Reckless Driving.

He was also at risk of being disqualified from getting a license after he admitted that he didn’t have a driver’s license when he performed the stunt.

Another man could also be heard while doing the recording, but it was unknown if he would also face charges.

When visited by the authorities, the vlogger admitted that he only did the stunt to generate income through views.

“As a content creator, he should be setting a good example. Instead, he showcased a blatant disregard for road safety. We also reminded him that online content can be used as admissible evidence for violations.” LTO Kalibo chief Marlon Velez said.

Meanwhile, Boy Kayak apologized for his actions, saying that it was not his intention to put anyone in danger.
