A man was shot three times in the head by another man whom he accused of being the alleged other man of his live-in partner. 

Caught on camera, the victim was seen focused on his mobile phone while sitting inside a tricycle. Not too far away, the suspect wearing a black shirt approached, crouched under, and fired multiple shots at the victim.

Residents quickly helped and brought the victim to the hospital for immediate medical attention, but he later died.

e admitted to committing the crime. In an interview by TV5's 'Frontline Pilipinas,' the suspect only did it because the victim reportedly claimed that he allegedly was the victim's live-in-partner's other man. 

The victim's live-in-partner also denied that she has a relationship with the suspect. She's decided to file legal charges against the suspect. The suspect is already in police custody, he will be charged with murder.
