NAGULUNGAN? Motorcycle rider na nag-overtake sa dump truck, patay matapos sumemplang at magulungan

A motorcycle rider lost his life after falling off his vehicle and getting run over by a dump truck. The heartbreaking accident happened along the national highway in Barangay Poblacion, Kabacan, Cotabato. 

Based on CCTV footage, the rider fell from his motorcycle and ended up beneath the passing dump truck. Investigators said the rider attempted to overtake the dump truck but ended up in the driver's blind spot, leading to the tragic outcome.

The 38-year-old victim was announced dead on the spot. Meanwhile, the truck driver is already in police custody. He refused to give any statement about the incident.
