NAG VIRAL! Lola na binigyan ng expired na pagkain, nakatanggap ng isang taong supply na ovaltine

An old woman who received expired food and Ovaltine from her neighbor received help from the company that owns the instant chocolate-milk brand.

The issue went viral after Lola Verginia’s relative showed on social media how they discovered that the food she received had already expired.

In the video, the old woman was visibly confused why she was given an expired good that may endanger her if consumed.

The video also showed that she was holding the Ovaltine, one of the goods she received.

“Hindi po nakakapagsalita, nakakabasa and nakakarinig po ang lola ko Kaya hindi nga din po alam,” the uploader said.

“Kitang kita ko kung paano niyo bigyan ng puro expired na pagkain ang lola ko, pinaglalaba niyo maghapon kapalit ng expired na pagkain na tuwang tuwa naman siya kasi hindi niya alam,” the uploader added.

Ovaltine then decided to visit the old woman and gave her a one-year supply of their goods.
